Skier Daniel Albrecht has returned to training with his Swiss team in Mallorca as he continues his recovery from injuries sustained in a serious downhill training crash, the Swiss ski federation confirmed Saturday. The 26-year-old 2007 super-combined world champion, who suffered brain and lung injuries in the January 22 crash at Kitzbuehel, Austria, began his individual training program on the Spanish island.

Jamaican skier Errol Kerr who is in the process of preparing to represent Jamaica at next year’s Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada, is currently in the island to garner more support for his historic journey.
