Predominantly snowy weather is expected up to and across this weekend. On Saturday 23rd January sunny spells will appear above most resorts before snowy weather returns on Sunday 24th January. It is going to be a sunny start to the weekend across France, Switzerland and Italy. On Saturday evening clouds will start to gather and fresh snow is expected to fall on Sunday.
The wintry conditions reported across the Scottish resorts at the end of this week are forecast to be replaced by clearer weather on Saturday 23rd January with some cloudy periods then moving in over Sunday and Monday.
It is forecast to be a snowy weekend across the American resorts. A dusting of new snow is expected in the east while heavier snowfalls should fall in the west. On the west coast of Canada a sunny start to the weekend is forecast. Clouds will start to emerge on Saturday with snow falling later in the evening and into Sunday. The east coast will remain sunny throughout the weekend.
