Snow report Great conditions for European glacier skiing

Most European glaciers are in great condition following fresh snow last weekend. The best conditions are in Austria and eastern Switzerland where the most snow fell. French glaciers aren’t as good as they didn’t receive anywhere near as much fresh snow but they’re making good use of what they have. All our featured resorts in Australia, Argentina and Chile are closed for the season.

This weekend is the end of the season for Mount Hutt. Once that’s closed the only skiing will be up on the North Island where Whakapapa and Turoa could remain open until November.

The glacier at Timberline in America is also open for weekend skiing and boarding now. They will be closed through the week but head up on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for some early season riding.
