Snow report Les Deux Alpes ready for new season

Great riding was being enjoyed across the open European glacier skiing destinations on Monday 17th October due to bright, sunny skies and low temperatures. Austria has the greatest number of open resorts at present, but skiing is also available in France, Switzerland and Italy. Les Deux Alpes in France is scheduled to open for snowsports again on Saturday 22nd October.

There is further good news for skiing in Europe as cloudy weather in the middle of this week is forecast to deliver fresh snowfall to all of our featured resorts.

In New Zealand Mount Hutt closed for the season over the weekend. Good skiing can still be enjoyed on the North Island at Turoa and Whakapapa.

The glacier at Timberline in America is open for weekend skiing and boarding only this week. The resort will close during the week.

All our featured resorts in Australia, Canada, Argentina and Chile have closed for the season.
