DMG World Media has sold its entire Sport and Leisure portfolio in a management buyout (MBO) that sees The Vitality Show, The Ordnance Survey Outdoors Show and The Metro Ski & Snowboard Show enter new ownership.

VOS Media, a newly created company that bought the shows and will be headquartered at Earls Court, is headed by Damian Norman who led the MBO. Norman previously headed the shows at DMG.

DMG is also selling Metrosnow.co.uk and the Daily Mail Ski and Snowboard magazine as part of the deal.

Talks have been taking place regarding the move for a year and VOS Media was finally incorporated yesterday (27 May).

VOS Media will take ownership of the portfolio on 19 June and will move to its new offices at the beginning of August.
