The Arizona Snowbowl is one step closer to making artificial snow on the San Francisco Peaks. On Monday morning, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a final appeal from the Navajo Nation, thus giving Snowbowl the green light to go on with its plans to make the fake snow. A U.S. Forest Service offical said this victory comes more than six years of legal battle.
