The 2010 Winter Olympics will be held from the 12th- 28th February in Vancouver, Canada, with events also taking place in Whistler, Cypress Mountain and Richmond. Over the 17 days, 5,500 athletes and officials from over 80 countries will descend on British Columbia for an event that will be watched by some 3 billion worldwide television viewers.
Eurosport will be providing round the clock coverage of events. Most of the alpine events will also be shown live on BBC2, hosted by the Ski Sunday team. Until then, we’ve got all the information you need right here. Remember the time difference for where you are — it’s 8 hours between GMT and Vancouver.
